Logan Gray
Logan Gray worked in various positions for more than 35 years with Alabama’s largest homegrown bank holding company. During that time, Logan held many positions, including serving as head of Governmental Affairs and as a market resident, both roles that instilled in him a keen appreciation for what state government can do both for and to a company.
Logan also spent 15 years as a member of the Auburn City Council, where he was an effective member of a forward-looking team of elected and appointed officials who managed to move this fast-growing university town forward economically, educationally, and financially while maintaining its small-town charm and character.
Logan’s first run for political office ended in a tie vote, an unusual experience that forever engrained in him the importance of each vote during an election.
Upon leaving the banking business in 2005 and resigning from the City Council, Logan moved to Alabama’s capital city and became a founding partner of Southern Strategy Group of Alabama. Since that time, Logan has continued developing key relationships in Alabama’s governmental and regulatory arenas, and has successfully represented clients at all levels of state and local government.
